Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing certain heavy bulk items; in those cases we will contact you for an alternate address.
Shipping Rates
We charge a single flat rate for shipping on all orders. The exact shipping rate is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes three (3) to seven (7) business days within the contiguous United States after the order ships. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be longer. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within three (3) business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Verify the shipping address on your order
- Contact the carrier with the tracking number
- If the package cannot be located, contact us within seven (7) days of the marked delivery date and we will assist with a carrier investigation
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, take photos of the box and contents before discarding any packaging and contact us within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
Address Errors
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
