This is our standard 5g 2:1:1 BCAA formula combined with a meaningful dose of three key electrolytes: sodium, potassium, and magnesium. 2.5 grams of leucine, 1.25 grams of isoleucine, 1.25 grams of valine — same research-backed ratio as our standard BCAA — plus 300 milligrams of sodium, 200 milligrams of potassium, and 60 milligrams of magnesium per serving. The electrolyte doses are real, not the trace amounts most “BCAA + electrolyte” products sneak onto the label as a marketing add-on. Sodium is the most-lost electrolyte in sweat by far, and 300 milligrams per serving is enough to actually contribute to hydration during a tough session. Potassium and magnesium are smaller losses but still meaningful, particularly for athletes prone to cramping or training in hot conditions.
The BCAA component does what it does best: support muscle protein synthesis during training, reduce muscle protein breakdown during the session, and provide an energy substrate as your body draws on amino acids during long workouts. Leucine is the primary driver of the muscle-building signaling pathway; isoleucine and valine support energy production and recovery.
